It feels like we’re neck deep in pumpkin, apples and leaves (yay!). I’m feeling pretty reflective these days. We had a lovely summer full of camping, visits with friends and Edmonton firsts (Folkfest, Instameets and visits to Drumheller,butler-service). We had a constant influx of friends visiting including two of my besties who naturally joined me for some temporary, sparkly tattoos.
I’m looking forward to a few fall firsts: my first 5km, my first Halloween in our new city and learning to use In Design on my own after a fab two day class here.
Crafternoons are on the horizon – maybe some macramé or screen printing. Time to focus on my health, too. Enough with this baby chub I say! Snowboard season is coming and we’re not far from some world class powder.

This week is moving week for us. Each night after work and daycare pick up we’ve been trundling a station wagon and mini van full of boxes to our new pad. We’re on the verge of finally leaving our waaaaayyyy long house sitting gig at the in-laws. I’ll miss the country but I’m itching to get back into the city. In fact I might be a little Kimmy Schmidt next week, like THIS.
I’m loving Skinny LaMinx’s new DigiDotcollection inspired by a recent block printing workshop India founder Heather Moore attended.
